Sian g. Jones-Jobst, MD
Dr. Sian Jones-Jobst is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Her areas of special interest are preventative health maintenance and primary care, early childhood development, physician wellness, practice management, and value based care. She is the President of Complete Children’s Health and currently sits on the Payer Advocacy Advisory Committee for the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Jones-Jobst was appointed by the Governor to the Early Childhood Interagency Coordinating Council for the State of Nebraska in 2010. She has served multiple terms on the Nebraska Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics Executive Board, receiving the AAP Chapter VI Achievement Award in 2020. In addition to her advocacy work with the Academy, Dr. Jones-Jobst currently serves on the Board of the Lancaster County Medical Association and the Advisory Board for LifeBridge Nebraska, the Nebraska Medical Association’s confidential physician wellness program.
Dr. Jones-Jobst immigrated from the United Kingdom to the United States with her parents in 1974, spending most of her childhood in Oregon and California. She received her Bachelor’s degree in biophysics from the Johns Hopkins University, then returned to California to complete her Doctor of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining Complete Children’s Health in 2004, Dr. Jones-Jobst was the Chief Resident of Pediatrics at the Creighton – Nebraska Health Foundation where she completed her residency training in general pediatrics. In 2019, Dr. Jones-Jobst assumed the role of President of Complete Children’s Health.
In her spare time Dr. Jones-Jobst enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and two daughters, watching college sports, traveling, and cooking.
