Complete Children’s Health is now offering online self-scheduling through our patient portal. You can now schedule appointments for limited sick symptoms yourself. You’ll see appointment options an hour out from the current time and within the next three days. Choose what works best for you and come in for the quality care you’re used to!
Using self-scheduling is easy!
Simply login to the portal, click Schedule an Appointment and you’ll be guided through easy steps to get on our schedule. First select the best location for you, then select the day you want to be seen and choose “any” when asked for your Preferred Provider so that you can see all appointments available. Select the option that works best and you’re all set!
Some things to note…
- If you don’t see your child’s symptoms listed, give us a call to schedule. Different symptoms require more time to treat. We want to make sure we have the right amount of time to address your illness so it’s important to call if you don’t see your concern listed!
- If you don’t see an appointment time that will work, always give us a call and we can help you schedule. Our team may be able to work some magic the internet can’t!
- If your child has complex medical needs or may need more time, it’s going to work best to call to schedule. We want to make sure we have enough time to treat your child and scheduling online may not allow for that.
- If your child is under 6 weeks old and has a fever over 100.4, call our office to talk to a triage nurse.
- If you need an interpreter, please call to schedule. This gives us time to get someone scheduled to interpret for your appointment.
- Self-scheduled appointments are subject to the same no-show fees as appointments scheduled over the phone. If you make an appointment, we expect to see you then. Call us to reschedule or cancel appointments made online.
