Due to technical issues, results of labs done at CCH and sent out for processing (for example, blood work) are not available in the normal portal location.  Temporarily, families may see a “0” for a test result.  This does not mean that the actual lab value is zero—just that the lab result is not displaying in that area of the portal.  Until this interface is up and running normally, families will find a PDF copy of their lab results in the documents section of the portal account.  If you have questions or cannot find your lab results online please contact us at  402-465-5600.
